The Taylor Bennett Foundation was established in partnership with the University of East London and founding partner Brunswick in 2009.
The Taylor Bennett Foundation is an award-winning UK charity creating pathways for young people from ethnically diverse backgrounds into public relations and communications careers, supported by Taylor Birchwood.

The Taylor Bennett Foundation (TBF) is the only free professional development accelerator for the PR and communications profession in the UK. The Foundation runs six programmes – including paid training courses with HSBC, Burson, FGS Global and FTI Consulting – and has built a community of more than 400 alumni working across the communications industry.
On average, 97% of TBF trainees from the PR Training Programme go straight into employment, while 30% of TBF alumni are in senior management and leadership positions. Since 2008, the Foundation has supported more than 1,400 young people.
Employer Partner Network
In March 2026, the Taylor Bennett Foundation launched its new Employer Partner Network to strengthen collaboration with employers and accelerate progress on diversity across public relations and communications. The network launched with 21 founding partners. Over 210 organisations currently support the Foundation through programme partnerships, masterclass delivery, internship hosting and financial contributions.
For organisations, increasing ethnic representation delivers tangible business success. McKinsey’s Diversity Wins report found that companies in the top quartile for ethnic diversity outperformed those in the bottom quartile by 36% in profitability.
