Diverse teams make better decisions

In 2022, we published our inaugural report looking at equity, diversity and inclusion in corporate affairs. Developed in collaboration with Ipsos Karian & Box, it looks at data from more than 2,500 communications professionals employed by leading global companies – making it the first of its kind.

The report provides valuable census and benchmark data for corporate affairs leaders and their HR colleagues. It also shares practical advice for building more diverse teams, from measuring diversity data and retaining talent, to inclusive hiring practices and investing in a diverse workforce.
